Thursday Mach 8

Wow, I apparently am not very good at posting.  We have been so busy or waiting; and the time just goes by.  Waiting at the bus, waiting for team members, waiting for meals, waiting for the check.    The really great thing is that the stress is low as long as you just go with the flow.

We met with our Hosts on Monday and Tuesday, who were incredibly gracious. We learned a lot about TERNET which is the Tanzania Education and Research Network.  Our objective as part of the CSC is to make recommendations to ensure sustainability and customer orientation (value to users).  Our hosts are taking the time to answer our questions and telling us both the good things and the challenges.  This demonstrates that they are truly interested in giving us the opportunity to help them.   We ate lunch with them at a Chinese restaurant the first day and and a beach side restaurant the second day.  The food continues to be good and I am not loosing weight.

One of my teammates is writing an excellent BLOG.  He never sleeps so he has a lot more time than the rest of us.  I suggest you check it out.  http://ianintzblog.blogspot.com/

This is Tanzania and it has an incredible amount of culture.  I feel comfortable and am truly amazed at the variety of human activity.

A typical street corner market and activity.

 Some high gas mileage vehicles
